sugestões de melhoria: cama maior para pessoas com mais de 1m80cm; rever o ralo do chuveiro da casa de banho com sanita

The shared bathroom was always clean. The check in & out was easy. The location was not bad. It is 7 minutes walk to the nearest metro station (Alameda or Arroios), But from Alameda metro station, you need to walk uphill which was difficult. the walk to Arroios was easier. The linen and towels were clean and modern. The kitchen is fully equipped. If you have no issue with the shared bathroom, it is a value for money.

The room space was too small. No air-condition. Only a fan. It is gonna be like a hell in summer. No cupboard. An incident happened to us. A couple nocked our door at evening, claiming that our room is theirs. They called the reservation and stayed in another room, but it seems there was a mistake done by the property manager The next day, I received a message from the reservation asking me to leave my room and go to another room, as the room I was staying in is not mine, although I received a whatsapp message with my room number and all credentials to access it. I refused to move out of the room, and asking her simply to let the new guests go to another room. After long discussion, she forwarded the other guests to another room, so I stayed in my room. Thanks God, but it is still weired.

Its near to supermarket and great location
