Beautiful single-storey villa ideally located in Saint-Denis-d'Oléron. Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 8 people, the house seduces with its generous volumes, its exceptional luminosity and its living spaces open to the outside.

As soon as you arrive, you will be charmed by the soothing atmosphere of the place: a neat decoration in natural tones, a living room bathed in light thanks to the large bay windows, and a fluid circulation between the interior and the garden. Here, everything invites you to slow down and enjoy. Everyone will find their own quiet space.

The interior:

The heart of the house is a large, convivial living room, consisting of a comfortable living room with TV, a welcoming dining area and a fully equipped open kitchen with central island – ideal for cooking and sharing moments together.
Fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, induction hob, extractor, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and Nespresso.

The house has 4 bedrooms, allowing everyone to enjoy their space, as well as 3 modern bathrooms, offering comfort and practicality.

Whether you come with family or friends, everyone will find their place in a pleasant and functional setting.
