Escape to the rolling landscapes of the Overijssel countryside in this whimsical "Knights & Princesses" themed wellness retreat, tucked away in the scenic village of Zuna. Ideal for families of up to five, this unique property seamlessly blends playful, imaginative spaces with direct access to a tranquil pasture. Situated on a sweeping, car-free plot where friendly farm animals often wander up to say hello, the outdoor area boasts a secluded garden, a furnished patio with a sunshade, two lounging chairs, a private sauna, and an inviting wood-fired hot tub constantly maintained at a soothing 38 degrees.

The accessible, single-level floor plan prioritizes safety and mobility, featuring wide pathways and a bedroom specially adapted for guests with limited mobility. Inside, the fairytale theme comes alive across a cheerful living area outfitted with a large Smart TV and central heating, which flows into a fully stocked kitchen complete with a range, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, Nespresso station, and colorful children's dinnerware. Sleeping arrangements include three distinct spaces: a restful parents' oasis featuring premium box-spring bedding, a dynamic kids' room with sturdy bunk beds, and a fully prepared nursery complete with a crib, playpen, changing station, and baby tub. A pristine bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet services the home.

Step outside to discover a vibrant children's play park positioned right before the cottage, allowing for effortless supervision from the deck.
