Villa Lou Pantaï is a recently built family house, quiet in a cul-de-sac that leads to the sea and the Sentier des Douaniers. Located 10 meters from the sea:) You can see the sea from the gate of the house.

Its location is perfect, you are less than 10 minutes walk from everything that will delight you: walk from cove to cove, swim at the beach of Esclamandes, large sandy beach, enjoy a good meal facing the sea in one of the restaurants on the beach of La Galiote, do your shopping on the market square...

You arrive, park and do everything on foot.

The fully air-conditioned house is composed of:

=> 3 air-conditioned bedrooms
- the "octopus room" with a 140cm bed and storage space. This room opens onto the terrace.
- the "whale room" with a 140cm bed and storage. This room also overlooks the terrace.
- the "crab room" with 2 single beds of 90x200cm: possibility of bringing them together for a large double bed.

You will also find on the mezzanine of the living room a 2-seater sofa bed for an extra bed (note that the large bay windows in the living room are not equipped with roller shutters, you will not be in complete darkness).

=> a very bright living room with L-shaped sofa, Wifi and air conditioning. Come and enjoy your holidays and disconnect from the screens ;) you will not find a television in this villa.

=> a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, very friendly, with everything you need: coffee machine, kettle, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster... Brand new set.
=> a large dining table,

=> a separate toilet,
=> a laundry room with washing machine,
=> a shower room with a second toilet,

=> Parking for 2 to 3 vehicles within the property.

The exterior is composed of a large terrace, dining table and some deck chairs to relax.

Weekly rental in high season (July, August) and a minimum stay of 3 nights in low season.

Arrival possible from 4pm and departure before 10am in high season. Arrival and departure times are flexible in low season.

> End-of-stay cleaning and preparation of linen (sheets, towels, bath mats and dish towels) are included for each rental.

> Additional services are available at your convenience for rentals of a minimum duration of 7 days:
- a mid-stay cleaning (100€ supplement)
- a change of household linen (extra charge depending on the number of beds)
- daily cleaning possible on request

A baby kit (cot and high chair) can be made available to you on request.
