THINGS TO KNOW:

-This home is part of a lovingly maintained family property originally built by the owners’ grandparents more than 80 years ago. It retains much of its original midcentury beach cottage charm, offering guests an authentic and nostalgic coastal experience.
-Please be aware that this beach house can get hot during late July-Sept. There is a lovely fresh ocean breeze, and portable AC units provided
-You may hear some construction noise in the alley, as this unit is in the back of the house. Neighborhood quiet hours begin at 10 pm and everyone is very respectful of this rule. A white noise machine is provided, and fans to allow for a peaceful night/morning of sleep
-Per city ordinance, the primary renter must be at least 25 years old and complete and ID verification prior to home entry. Failure to complete verification does not constitute a refund outside of standard cancellation policies. If the primary renter is found to have falsified the ID verification and/or is found to be in violation of the city ordinance (whether it be noise, occupancy, etc.), this will result in a penalty of $1,000 up to the total penalty amount determined by the city of Newport Beach, and immediate eviction. Should the home-owner lose their rental permit due to non-compliance of city rules and regulations, the primary renter will be held liable for loss of rent and legal fees.
