Discover the scenic beauty of the Overijssel countryside at this custom "Farm" themed children's bungalow in sunny Zuna. Thoughtfully designed to host up to eight guests, the property offers a welcoming family retreat balancing open nature with effortless access to peaceful meadow landscapes. Located on a spacious, car-free spot at the edge of a meadow where sheep graze in summer and ponies wander by in winter, the property features a large garden with a terrace, a sun umbrella, deck chairs, and an always-warm outdoor hot bubble tub heated to 38 degrees.

The charming, single-storey layout beautifully balances accessibility, privacy, and shared moments. It is fully adapted for guests with reduced mobility, featuring extra-wide doors, wheelchair access to the bathroom, and a bright living area equipped with a Smart TV, central heating, and comfortable seating. The home includes three distinct themed bedrooms: a parent's bedroom styled as a luxurious hayloft with box-spring mattresses, a snug treehouse-themed children's room with two sturdy bunk beds, and an accessible bedroom with two single beds (including one height-adjustable bed). A modern accessible bathroom with a shower and washbasin completes the interior.
