Our idyllically situated mountain farm is located at an elevation of 840 meters at the foot of the Kehlstein, nestled amid the impressive mountain scenery of the Berchtesgaden Valley. Surrounded by unspoiled nature, lush meadows, and majestic peaks, you’ll enjoy exceptional peace and privacy here. Since there are neither any settlements nor busy roads in the immediate vicinity, relaxation is guaranteed from the very first day of your vacation. Here, you can see dairy cows and calves in the fields around the house or in the barn. During our barn visit times, you can get a closer look at them.
This charming, approximately 45 m² attic apartment delights with its fantastic location and breathtaking views. From the spacious, covered west-facing balcony, you can enjoy a unique panoramic view of the Berchtesgaden valley basin with the imposing Watzmann, as well as a sweeping view down into the valley—the perfect spot to catch the evening sun and take in the mountain scenery. The separate bedroom with a double bed also offers direct access to the balcony and ensures a restful vacation. The heart of the apartment is the cozy kitchen-living room with a comfortable sofa area, a traditional corner bench with a dining table, and a fully equipped kitchenette. The couch can be used as a sleeper sofa for a third and fourth person if needed, making the apartment suitable for families or small travel groups. Free Wi-Fi is, of course, available. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink. An ideal vacation rental for anyone who appreciates comfort, coziness, and an unparalleled view in the heart of the Berchtesgaden Alps.
