Additional Notes

✦ Your rental includes clean linens and towels (1 bath towel + 1 hand towel per person), bath mats, a hair dryer, and a starter set of toiletries and essentials—such as shampoo, soap, toilet paper, 3 kitchen trash bags, dish soap, a sponge, laundry detergent, and more. After the initial supply, you’ll need to replenish items as needed. A washer and dryer are available for your use, including a first-time use kit. We also provide towels for pool use only. For safety reasons, we do not provide salt, pepper, or any open food.

We kindly ask that guests do not bring pets, as our properties are not pet-friendly. If you are traveling with a service animal, please contact our Reservations Department before your arrival. We will be happy to assist you with the registration process and ensure everything is prepared for your stay.

Although our home is located in the magnificent Windsor Cay resort, we would like to clarify that we have no control over the clubhouse areas and therefore are not responsible for any possible interruptions in service or access to the club due to maintenance or any other reason that may occur during your stay.
