A proposito di questa appartamento struttura in affitto
A beautifully designed studio condo steps from Aggieville`s best bars, restaurants, and campus. Warm wood millwork, designer finishes, and a private balcony set this place apart. Perfect for parents visiting students, or a big game day — and polished enough for the business traveler who refuses to settle for a hotel room. Queen bed, spa bathroom, zero compromise.
While we admire and appreciate fury friends, we do not allow them in our home. If this is an issue, we are happy to provide information on pet boarding as an alternative during your stay.
No third party bookings. Third party bookings are subject to cancellation without a refund.
No outside visitors (other than guests accounted for in reservation) allowed in the house. If outside guests are brought into the house, you will be subject to a $50/person per occurrence charge.
Please lock the sliding door when you leave the condo.
No smoking/vaping/420 inside the unit or on the patio where it would disturb other tenants.
Guests who do not check out by 11:00 AM are subject to an additional charge of $50 for every half hour they have not checked out.
No Glitter, Confetti, Silly String or similar items used in house or on property.
Please only flush toilet paper; all other items—including `flushable` wipes, paper towels, and feminine products—must go in the trash. Other items flushed that result in requiring a plumber will be billed to the guest.
