This spacious home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests and features all three bedrooms on the lower level. The primary bedroom offers a king bed and private access to the lakeside deck, allowing you to wake up to breathtaking views each morning. The second bedroom features a queen bed and its own access to the deck, while the third bedroom is perfect for families and groups with a queen bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed. A full bathroom with a shower/tub combination serves the lower-level sleeping area.

Upstairs, you'll find the heart of the home. Vaulted ceilings, large windows, and stunning lake views create an inviting atmosphere for gathering together after a day of adventure. The spacious kitchen provides plenty of room for preparing meals, while the dining table comfortably seats eight guests. Winter Arrival:
Please be prepared before beginning your drive to the mountains! Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended. Although the main roads are usually plowed well, many residential areas require traversing steep hills on dirt roads that are not as maintained. Keep in mind that chain and traction laws for non-commercial vehicles can be put into effect at any time. We do not advise driving Berthoud Pass in a front-wheel drive vehicle unless you a comfortable putting chains on yourself. Weather and driving conditions may change rapidly. We will not accommodate refund related to weather or road conditions, please plan accordingly.
