With its incredible views and the sparkling Mediterranean Sea on the horizon, it’s hard not to fall in love with this beautiful estate just outside the picturesque village of Valldemossa, on Mallorca’s magnificent west coast high in the Tramuntana Mountains.

Nestled in a protective setting of greenery—including olive trees, cypresses, citrus trees, and palm trees—the property overlooks wide valleys facing the Mediterranean Sea. Even from a distance, the front facade and the two wings are visible, highlighting the architecture’s large yet compact volumes. In front of the house lies a gravel area where the lush greenery is palpable, with thriving hedges, trees, and flowers.

The quadrangular estate consists of two carefully renovated buildings whose history dates back to 1889, when the house was purchased as a retreat by the Austrian Archduke Luís Salvador; traces of this era remain to this day. ​​


​Noble Floor at Finca Son Ferrandell

Here is your chance to enjoy the countryside while being just the big city of Palma in just 20 minutes. Perhaps the longing for country life is stronger now than ever before. The green surroundings embrace a paved courtyard behind the iron gates. ​​

The main reception level (the Noble Floor) of the East Wing is accessed through the traditional kitchen and its garden. The bright kitchen, featuring stone and wood accents, is equipped with modern appliances, multiple sinks, and plenty of counter space. The kitchen also features a large dining table.

Adjacent to the kitchen is a small lounge with seating where you can relax out of the Mediterranean sun, as well as a larger dining room for family-style dinners.

In the living room, you’ll find comfortable seating for relaxing in the afternoons. Here you’ll also find the guest bathroom and an upstairs lounge.

Bedrooms​
The three bedrooms are all en suite. Each has its own unique charm.
The first is the Jasmin room, where a beige and white color scheme fosters tranquility and offers beautiful views.
The Rose room exudes warmth in both color and style, featuring a chic Hollywood-style bathroom with doors leading out to the beautiful balcony.
The third bedroom is the Sunflower Room, the newest of the rooms, featuring a grand ceiling and stunning views of the sea and the inner courtyard.

Gardens, Terraces, and Surroundings​
The farm is surrounded by lush greenery, featuring thriving hedges, trees, and flowers. Entering the property through the kitchen garden brings you directly into the harmonious greenery, featuring rose bushes, jasmine, and herbs for cooking. From the living room’s double wooden doors with glass panels, you’ll find a lush garden with fruit trees and rose bushes. Amid the greenery is a long table for al fresco dining and a comfortable sofa set in the shade. From the patio, you can access the balcony, which offers a stunning view of the mountain peaks and the open landscape.
