Bright 2-Bedroom, 2-Bathroom Apartment with Free Parking by Arthur's Seat
Experience Edinburgh from this bright, spacious flat with breathtaking views of Arthur's Seat right from your window. Nestled by Holyrood Park, you're just a 5-minute stroll from the Royal Mile and Holyrood Palace. Explore iconic sites like Calton Hill, Edinburgh Castle and the Old Town - all within reach. Just across the street, the Meadowbank Shopping Centre has everything you need at your fingertips, such as supermarkets, cafè and essentials.
Please kindly note that Arthur’s Seat Nest is on the third floor and the building has no lift. We like to mention this in advance so you can make sure it’s right for you — especially if you’re travelling with heavy luggage or have mobility concerns. If you’re happy to climb a fair number of stairs, we promise the view and cosy feeling at the top are absolutely worth it!
The apartment features a master bedroom with a private ensuite, a cosy second bedroom with a day bed, two modern bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a bright living room with a spacious L-shaped sofa perfect for enjoying the stunning views of Arthur's Seat.
We love both pets and kids - a luxurious (sofa coordinated!) dog bed is available in the sitting room along with dog blankets for your furry friends. When it comes to your little humans, a travel cot with 100% cotton brand new beddings and a highchar are available at the property at no extra cost. Additionally, we have equipped our home with toys and Scottish-themed children books to read at bedtime.
You'll find two TVs—one 43" in the living room and a 32" in the master bedroom—both with Netflix and Prime Video included in your stay.
The spacious kitchen is ready for all your culinary adventures, complete with a fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, and coffee maker. You'll have all the cookware, utensils, and appliances you need at your fingertips.
Both bathrooms feature showers, and the second bathroom also offers a bathtub-shower combo. A hairdryer is also provided for your convenience.
