Whether you are coming to Menton for business or leisure, this central apartment close to the famous Promenade du Soleil, is the ideal base for an exciting trip, or even a romantic honeymoon! On the third floor (with lift) of a modern residence, the apartment can sleep up to 3 people. The building is directly on the seafront and close to everything Menton has to offer.
The stylish living area is furnished with a modern sofa, a large flat-screen TV and a dining table next to the open kitchen. The modern kitchen is well-equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, Dolcegusto coffee machine and fridge/freezer.
Glass doors lead out to the private balcony overlooking a lively street. Here, guests can relax with a glass of wine, soaking up the glamour of the Côte d’Azur.

Menton has been a popular holiday destination for over a century, and with good reason. It is known for its temperate climate, exotic gardens, beautiful beaches and the Medieval Old Town. The long beach in front of the apartment stretches up to the Plage de Fossan (6-minute walk), which is popular with families, thanks to the park and children’s playground nearby.
All the amenities that guests will need are within a 5-minute walk of the apartment; restaurants, bars, supermarket and bakery. For the best local produce, head to the covered market, Le Marché des Halles, on Quai de Monleon (6-minute walk). Every day of the week you can find the finest regional food, including cheese, fish, charcuterie etc.
The apartment is just a 10-minute walk from the Old Town with its narrow, cobbled streets and historic architecture. The Baroque Basilica of St Michel towers over the buildings that slope down to the Old Port (15-minute walk). Here you will find some of the world’s most expensive yachts.
Nice airport is just 40 minutes away. Alternatively, Menton railway station is a 5-minute drive.
