The 90-acre cattle ranch delivered a strong setting for a strategic offsite. The secluded, wide-open environment created the right conditions for focused discussion, relationship building, and stepping away from day-to-day operations. The natural setting and slower pace helped encourage more candid conversations and alignment across the executive team. The property itself offered a unique and memorable experience, with well-maintained grounds and a comfortable, rustic atmosphere that fit the purpose of the retreat. The shared spaces worked well for group sessions and informal connection. The primary drawback was lodging capacity. Limited rooms on-site required supplemental hotel accommodations, which added a layer of logistical complexity and slightly disrupted the cohesion of having everyone in one place.Overall, it was a high-impact venue for strategic planning, especially for teams that value privacy, focus, and a more relaxed environment over traditional corporate settings.

It was a perfect location. Everything we needed was there!

Wonderful! I can't say enough about this property. The layout was so spacious and the kitchen and baths well equipped. The 3 car garage was a bonus room with seating, ping pong table, extra refrigerator, and full bath. Our family of 10 adults and 2 two year olds had plenty of big space to all be together and then optional spaces to gather in small groups and play games or watch something different on tv. The outdoor patio was VERY spacious and we gathered there too! The yard was fenced so we brought our fur babies and never worried they could get loose. It was super nice to let them out on their own instead of walk them on a leash at 5-6 am. There was plenty of seating for meals and the kitchen had the most supplies of any place we've ever stayed. The toddler-proof dishes were an added bonus. Fishing in the tank was enjoyed by all. The perfect perch tank for our littles to have a fun fishing experience. I highly recommend more than just a weekend stay. We stayed 3 nights but wished we could have stayed more. We have celebrated family with an overnight weekend for over 10 years now. This was the best place we've stayed! Highly recommend!!

Our new favorite rental. Everything was a perfect 10
