Magnificent apartment located on the 2nd floor with a surface area of 45m2 + 22m² of terrace with full sea view, quietly located in a secure residence.
Superb 180° view of the Ocean and the beach of Saint Brévin les Pins.
Close to the city center, the market and shops, you can do everything on foot (5 minutes).
To access the beach, you just have to cross the street (15 meters from the residence). You can also enjoy the activities on site (kite, windsurf, sand yachting spots).
The accommodations are a type 2 of 45m² with a terrace of 22m² and a private garage in the basement.
The apartment is composed of an entrance, a dressing room, a separate toilet, a living room with table, 4 chairs, sofa bed, coffee table and TV with internet access, a bedroom with a double bed 160x200, TV, a dresser and 2 bedside tables, a bathroom with shower cubicle, sink and washing machine, a fitted and equipped kitchen composed of a fridge-freezer, an Airfryer, a microwave, a Nespresso machine, ceramic hob, toaster and all kitchen utensils and cutlery (no dishwasher).
