Villa Belsole is a modern vacation home built in 2020 on the site of an old Istrian stone house with a cistern. A piece of the past has been preserved in the part of the original cistern that now houses a small wine cellar. The house is located in Dračevac, 8 km from Poreč and its beaches, as well as various sports and recreational facilities. The nearest restaurant and store are just a 10-minute drive away. The house sits on a fully fenced, 700 m² lot with a well-maintained lawn and olive grove.

Outdoors, guests have access to a 32 m² saltwater infinity pool, a covered outdoor kitchen with a gas grill, a dining table with chairs, and a spacious sun terrace with elegant canopy-covered lounge chairs. For those who enjoy outdoor activities, there is also table tennis, darts, and a children’s playground on the lawn. There are also two parking spaces in the property’s courtyard.

Villa Belsole spans two air-conditioned floors with a total area of 200 m² and can accommodate up to 6 people. The first floor features a modern living room with a fireplace and access to the pool and outdoor area, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. On the first floor, this beautiful villa offers three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have access to the terrace, which features a cistern, sun loungers, and a magnificent panoramic view, and is connected to the pool via a staircase.

Thanks to its location, this modern villa is an excellent choice for a peaceful vacation, just a 15-minute drive from the beach.
