Location: the property is situated in a residential area, about 3 km from the center of Verbania, in a very sunny and peaceful hillside position. A pedestrian path at the edge of the residential area leads, with a pleasant walk, to the locality of San Martino (about 500 m away), where there are a couple of tennis courts and two restaurants.
An excellent starting point for hiking excursions in the cool forests of the Verbania hills and in the Val Grande National Park.
