House of 100m2 offering a beautiful light, in the Beaurivage district with a small outdoor courtyard, ideal for summer meals and Small swimming pool to cool off. 200m from the Côte des Basques and the shops of the district (mini-market, restaurants, pharmacy, bakery,...) and 10mins walk from the Halles de Btz. The living room consists of an open kitchen and extends onto the living room. The sleeping area offers 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. This accommodations are ideal for a family stay.
We completely renovated this house 3 years ago. Ideally located in the Bibi Beaurivage district just above the Basques coast, you can do everything on foot.
This house is ideal for a family stay in Biarritz.
The living space is composed of a living room with TV and sofa open to a new fully equipped kitchen with a large table for family meals (Dishwasher, oven, induction hob, extractor, fridge freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, Thermomix, toaster, kettle).
An outdoor courtyard overlooks the kitchen with a large table and an outdoor shower. A small swimming pool will allow you to cool off.
The sleeping area is composed of a first bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a second children's bedroom with a bunk bed and many children's games. A shower room is attached to these 2 bedrooms with a sink and mirror.
The 3rd bedroom is composed of a 160 cm bed and a dressing room. The 2nd bathroom contains a large shower and a sink with mirror and a separate toilet.
In the garage you will find a laundry area equipped with a washing machine and dryer and a 2nd toilet.
If you have a small car, you will have the possibility to park for free in front of the garage.
Once your vehicle is parked, all of Biarritz is within walking distance of the house.
You can also get around by electric bike.
