No parties, get-togethers, bachelor/bachelorette parties, groups of friends, or partygoers. Additional guests or visitors may only stay with prior permission. Smoking and using marijuana are prohibited, even in the garden. The house is located in a quiet, child-friendly neighborhood, and we want to keep it that way.

Welcome to our luxury family home in Landsmeer, a 10-minute bike ride from Amsterdam. The house offers peace, space, and comfort, with a nice balance between Amsterdam and a green setting. Ideal for families or guests seeking tranquility who want to enjoy the city and come home to a pleasant atmosphere. The Twiske nature reserve is just around the corner.

The home features a spacious living room with a sitting area, television, suspended fireplace, a dining table for 8 people, and a luxury kitchen with a Bora cooktop and Quooker. Through the folding doors, you step out into the sunny garden, which enjoys sunlight all day long. There is also the option to moor a boat.

There are 2 double beds, 1 single bed, and 1 sleeper sofa, suitable only for children. The home has 2 bathrooms with a bathtub, rain shower, toilet, and sink, plus a laundry room with a washer and dryer.

Guests have access to the entire home. Electric bikes are available for rent within walking distance.

Landsmeer is a great base for those who want to combine peace and nature with Amsterdam nearby. It’s about a 10-minute bike ride to Amsterdam. You’ll be at the metro in no time and can easily travel to downtown Amsterdam. 

The location is also ideal for nature lovers. The beautiful Het Twiske nature reserve is just around the corner. Here you can hike, bike, swim, have a picnic, or simply enjoy the greenery and the water. Perfect for families, couples, or guests who want to relax after a busy day in Amsterdam.

Landsmeer itself is quiet, green, and child-friendly. You’ll be staying close to the city, but without the hustle and bustle. The airport is also easily accessible by taxi. In addition, the Zaanstreek, Zaandam, and the Zaanse Schans are nearby. It’s a great spot for a day trip, featuring windmills, water, history, and quintessentially Dutch scenery.
