Discover the perfect blend of coastal charm and woodland serenity at Ferienhaus Wald & Welle, a generously sized holiday home built in 1939 that masterfully combines historic character with modern comfort. Located just 50 metres from the heart of the charming village of Graal-Müritz and only an 850-metre walk through the dunes to a pristine sandy beach, this property offers an ideal base for large families, groups of friends, or couples seeking a romantic retreat with extra space. With 220 square metres of living area spread across three floors, the house comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests in five distinct bedrooms, complemented by three full bathrooms and a separate guest WC. The inviting living room boasts warm parquet flooring, a cosy sofa corner, and a large smart TV – perfect for movie nights after a day outdoors. A second TV is available for additional entertainment. The closed kitchen features a ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a full range of utensils; a separate dining room with an elegant table makes shared meals a pleasure.

A winter garden adds a bright, relaxing space to enjoy the garden view year-round. The fully fenced, 600-square-metre garden is a true highlight: it includes a sunbathing lawn, a terrace with garden furniture, an electric grill, a fire pit, and a covered gazebo. Children will love the slide, swing, sandbox, and dedicated toys, while two high chairs and two baby cots are provided. Pet owners can bring up to three well-behaved dogs or cats, as the property is securely enclosed for child and animal safety.

Inside, creature comforts abound: central heating, airy rooms with parquet and plank flooring, a washing machine for private use, and blackout blinds on all windows. Guests appreciate the high-speed Wi-Fi, international satellite TV channels, and a library of books and games. The house is non-smoking and equipped with smoke detectors, stair gates, a child toilet seat, and insect screens for peace of mind. Leisure opportunities are endless: the Baltic Sea beach (850 m) invites swimming, windsurfing, and sailing; the surrounding forest offers hiking, Nordic walking, and birdwatching. Golf enthusiasts will find a course 15 km away. Local restaurants (400 m), a supermarket (850 m), a bank, doctor, and pharmacy are all within easy reach, and the train station (950 m) provides convenient connections. Youth groups are welcome on request. Whether you seek family adventure, romantic tranquility, or an active seaside holiday, Ferienhaus Wald & Welle provides the perfect retreat – a home away from home where the forest meets the waves.
