Unplug from the chaos of city life and let yourself be enveloped by the slow, rejuvenating rhythms of the countryside. Case a Stratola was born from a deep desire to convey the essence of rural culture and the joy of sharing, offering you an oasis of serenity surrounded by nature where relaxation—far from the hustle and bustle—becomes second nature.

The property offers two beautiful apartments, each measuring 50 square meters and spread over two levels. Designed to accommodate up to four people, each apartment is the ideal retreat for families, couples, or friends, thanks to a comfortable double bedroom and a practical sofa bed. Inside, you’ll find a cozy environment fully equipped with everything you need: a private bathroom, a convenient fully-equipped kitchenette, a refrigerator, a television, and a complete set of sheets and towels.

The beating heart of Case a Stratola, located in the town of Montella, is its vast green park, designed to let you fully experience the beauty of the great outdoors. The little ones can have fun in complete safety in the large, fully fenced playground, complete with swings, climbing structures, and plenty of space to run around happily. For those who love socializing, the lush garden features a comfortable covered area with a shared barbecue—the perfect spot to rediscover the joy of dining outdoors. Rounding out the amenities, you’ll have access to free Wi-Fi and a convenient private (though unguarded) parking lot.

On summer days, you can enjoy the beautiful pool, shared with other guests and open daily from 9:00 a.m. to approximately 7:00 p.m. Please note that swim caps are required to enter the water. It is also important to note that the pool area does not have a lifeguard service; the area is unsupervised, and the hosts assume no liability in this regard. For this reason, the constant supervision of children is the sole and exclusive responsibility of their parents or guardians.

In addition to relaxing on the estate, Case a Stratola enjoys a truly strategic location, ideal for those who love adventure and exploring the surrounding area. From here, you can easily set out on exciting hiking trails through the breathtaking landscapes of the Picentini Regional Park, organize bike rides, or venture to nearby towns rich in history, traditions, and culture.

Rediscover the luxury of simplicity. We look forward to welcoming you for a stay where time slows down and nature rejuvenates the soul.
