The Space

Welcome to your perfect Dorset coastal retreat!

Nestled in the highly desirable area of Highcliffe, our bright and spacious home is designed specifically for families and groups looking to escape to the sea.The ultimate highlight? You are just a flat, scenic 10-minute walk to the beautiful sandy shores of Highcliffe Beach, Mudeford and historic Highcliffe Castle.

Leave your car in our free off-road driveway and enjoy a completely vehicle-free beach holiday!

Our home features a clever, flexible layout that comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests:

Bedroom 1 (Master):
A peaceful bedroom with a comfortable double bed, ample storage, and a dedicated dressing station with a large mirror and hairdryer.

Bedroom 2:
A second beautifully appointed double bedroom, perfect for a second couple or the kids.

The Garden Room (Multi-functional Dining & Bedroom 3):
This is the heart of the home's flexible design. Featuring large windows looking out over our private garden and decking, this room functions as a scenic dining room for 6 people by day. By night, the dining space converts into a comfortable third bedroom featuring a high-quality single bed with a pull-out trundle bed (ideal for 2 children or teenagers).

Note on the Garden Room: This room features direct access out onto the raised timber deck, making it the perfect spot for indoor-outdoor socialising. If your group is smaller (up to 4 guests) and you do not require the trundle beds, this room remains fully set up as your dedicated garden-view dining room!
