Banksia Retreat is a beautifully designed two-storey home in the peaceful Point Estate, offering space, style, and relaxed coastal living for families and groups.

With four bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and four separate living zones, there’s plenty of room to spread out. Upstairs and downstairs living areas provide flexibility for extended families or multiple couples, while the open-plan kitchen, dining, and main living space flows seamlessly to an outdoor entertaining area—perfect for long lunches and easy evenings. Two sofa beds are also available on request for additional guests.

Set in a quiet, family-friendly street, the home is ideal for growing families, shared holidays, or longer coastal stays. Multiple living zones mean everyone can enjoy their own space while still coming together in the heart of the home.

Located in sought-after Point Lonsdale, you’re close to parks, 2 golf courses, playgrounds, walking tracks, and the local lake. Cafés, beaches, and the village centre are just minutes away, with Queenscliff and the Bellarine’s wineries an easy drive for day trips and dining.

Spend your days exploring the coastline, enjoying beach swims, or unwinding at home with family and friends. Banksia Retreat blends modern comfort with a laid-back coastal feel—your perfect home away from home.
