The living room features large glass windows that let in plenty of natural light, and a flat-screen TV for your entertainment.

The bedroom is equally as impressive, with a brand-new king-sized bed and high-quality linens that ensure a restful night`s sleep. It is equipped with en-suite bathroom for your comfort and convenience.

One of the highlights of this penthouse is the private rooftop HEATED jacuzzi, which offers stunning views of the surrounding area. You can relax on the comfortable sun loungers or use our BBQ grill, while enjoying the sun and the refreshing water. The rooftop is also a dining area, making it the perfect spot for al fresco dining.

Notes about the jacuzzi:
- the max temperature is 113°F / 45°C
- the jacuzzi will heat up automatically twice per day, once in the afternoon and once in the evening
- we are unable to change the hours due to noise restrictions in the building
- please do not take glass with you into the jacuzzi

Guests have access to a secure underground garage with elevator, making every arrival and departure effortless.

Our residence is professionally cleaned and regularly maintained with preventive pest-control treatments to ensure a comfortable environment. As our home is surrounded by Tulum`s jungle tropical landscape, the occasional mosquito, spider, or other small insect may naturally make an appearance. This is simply part of experiencing the authentic beauty of Tulum. If you ever need assistance, our team is just a message away.

Please note that a fully refundable security deposit in the amount of 350 USD will be collected before checkin, which will be refunded after checkout.

As you know, Tulum is a growing city with constant construction, part of this development is still under construction, however this will not affect our guests stay since the construction is completely separate from the living space and common areas.
The apartment itself is VERY QUIET, so rest assured that you will not be affected by noise. We will do our best to ensure that your entire stay with us will be comfortable and enjoyable.
In general Tulum is a high growth area with a big deal of real estate investment. Ask us if you are thinking to invest here and we can provide you with recommendations.
