Nestled in the peaceful village of Ganzeville in Normandy, this spacious holiday home invites you to experience the region at a slower, more meaningful pace. Just minutes from the iconic cliffs of Étretat and the sweeping shores of the Alabaster Coast, it’s a place where countryside calm meets coastal beauty.

Designed for shared moments, the 195 m² home comfortably welcomes up to 12 guests across five bedrooms and two bathrooms. Inside, the atmosphere feels warm and easy spaces that naturally bring people together, whether for long meals, quiet conversations, or relaxed evenings. Step outside, and the expansive 67 m² terrace becomes the heart of your stay. Surrounded by greenery, it’s perfect for al fresco dining, slow mornings in the sun, or evening aperitifs in the fresh air.

There’s a playful side too, a foosball table adds a touch of fun after days spent exploring nearby gems like Fécamp, charming Norman gardens, local markets, and scenic countryside trails. For outdoor enthusiasts, everything is within easy reach: forests (1 km), horse riding (3 km), fishing and watersports (5 km), and restaurants just 500 m away.

In winter, cosy evenings are enhanced with firewood included (6 logs per day). Additional firewood is available at €20 per wheelbarrow, allowing you to enjoy longer, warmer nights if you wish. Whether you're gathering with family or friends, this home offers the perfect blend of space, comfort, and authentic Norman charm.
