High-quality custom-made furniture, modern amenities, and the spacious rooftop terrace create a special, cozy atmosphere. The beach, pier, and town center are all just a few minutes’ walk away.

Custom-made furniture crafted by a carpenter gives the apartment a unique character and creates a harmonious living environment. From here, you have direct access to the spacious rooftop terrace, which beautifully extends the living space outdoors. The open-concept kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances and offers everything you need for shared meals. An elevator in the building takes you conveniently right to the apartment. You can park your car securely in the underground garage. Please note the clearance height of 2.25 m. The underground parking garage also features a lockable bike storage room for bicycles and sports equipment. Contactless check-in via the key safe allows for flexible arrival times.

**Location & Surroundings**
The penthouse apartment is located just about 300 m from the beach and the pier. It’s located in the “Herz von Kellenhusen” apartment complex in a central location, just a few steps from cafés, restaurants, and the beach. The building also houses an Italian restaurant with outdoor seating—our recommendation for a relaxing evening right on the premises. The location is ideal for guests who appreciate being close to everything. The long sandy beach, the promenade, and the 305-meter-long pier are the hallmarks of this Baltic Sea resort. Active travelers will find excellent conditions here for water sports, walks, hikes, and bike rides. Excursions to the surrounding forests or toward Lübeck and Kiel are also great options.
