This charming, tastefully renovated apartment is located within Villa Maderni, a historic aristocratic summer residence perched atop a hill overlooking the first basin of Lake Como. It is an oasis of tranquility and elegance just a stone’s throw from the city and offers everything you need to enjoy a peaceful, relaxing vacation. The villa is surrounded by a centuries-old park featuring a swimming pool, a panoramic sun deck, a barbecue area, a fitness trail within the park, and a tennis court.
This is a loft-style apartment with an enviable view of the stretch of Lake Como that runs from Como to Torno. On the first floor, there is a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom; the bedroom is on the loft level. In addition to the apartment, guests have access to the entire park surrounding the villa, which includes a swimming pool, tennis court, barbecue area, fitness trail with exercise equipment, and a unique hedge maze.I always provide the cell phone numbers of the people who manage the apartment, and in any case, there is always a caretaker on site in the complex.
