Building Management may occasionally conduct scheduled maintenance, inspections, or servicing of shared amenities and common areas. As a result, certain amenities may be temporarily unavailable during your stay.

✦ Local Booking Policy

To help maintain a safe and comfortable environment for our guests and the building community, we are unable to accept reservations from guests who reside within 50 miles of the property.

Reservations that do not comply with this local booking policy may be canceled at our discretion. We also reserve the right to cancel reservations that violate these requirements.

✦ Guest Verification & Screening
For the safety and security of our guests, residents, and building community, all adult guests staying at the property are required to submit a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in and complete the required guest verification and screening process.

✦ Important Things to Know
• Additional units may be available in the building for alternate dates.
• A $60 replacement fee applies if the amenities fob is lost or not returned to its designated place at checkout.
• No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the property.
• No parties or large gatherings are permitted.
• A noise-monitoring device is installed in the unit to monitor decibel levels and help maintain a peaceful environment. It does not record audio.
• A Blink doorbell camera is installed at the exterior entrance. It records video of the entry area only and is used for property security and arrival verification. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the unit.
• Guests are responsible for replenishing consumable supplies once the initial supply has been used.

These activities are managed exclusively by Building Management and are beyond our control. We’ll do our best to communicate any scheduled maintenance that has been shared with us in advance. We appreciate your understanding should any temporary closures occur.
