Cozy, newly renovated attic apartment with a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a kitchen-dining area, a bathroom, and a terrace. A crib can be added to the master bedroom. Due to its size and the slope of the roof, the single bedroom is ideal for a child or an adult of average height (the photo shows the ceiling heights at various points). The apartment is located in a quiet area, 600 meters from the historic center, with free on-street parking, just a few minutes’ drive from the Torre Grande marina (Blue Flag) and a 15-minute drive from some of Sardinia’s most beautiful beaches (San Giovanni di Sinis and Is Arutas). It is on the third floor (no elevator) of a small apartment building. It is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, window screens, pots and pans, dishes, a conventional oven and a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer, a washing machine, a TV, Wi-Fi, an ironing board and iron, hair dryer, sheets and towels, a table with chairs (including on the terrace), lounge chairs, and a beach umbrella. Everything you might need is just a few minutes’ walk away: a shopping center, supermarkets, pizzerias, cafes, restaurants, banks, a post office, tobacco shops, delis, etc.
