Discover this cottage on the grounds of Moulin de Rafaly. You can enjoy numerous walks along the water's edge on the property and you might even meet one of our four adorable little goats grazing in the meadows.
This cottage has two shaded terraces: one facing south with garden furniture and one facing north with a 5-person hot tub (available from May 1st to October 15th), a picnic table, and a gas griddle. The latter is particularly pleasant with the stream flowing below. After a short walk, you'll reach this single-story house. Enter a large, open-plan, and comfortable living area. The lounge area includes a sofa, television, Wi-Fi, and a pellet stove. Beyond this is the dining area with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen.

The sleeping area comprises three bedrooms: a master suite with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) and its own private bathroom with toilet, and a second bedroom with a double bed (140x200 cm). A bedroom with two single beds (90x200 cm). A separate shower room with toilet.
Baby equipment available upon request from the owner: travel cot and high chair.

Your hosts:
Jean-Paul and Pascale decided upon their retirement to leave the Île-de-France region and settle in the Dordogne. They bought this beautiful property, a former mill. The Rafaly mill was initially used for grinding flour and oil, and later for generating electricity.
