The Villa Marie 03 vacation rental is located in a quiet yet central part of the Baltic Sea resort town of Heringsdorf on the island of Usedom. Just about 250 meters from the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach, you can enjoy the perfect combination of proximity to the beach, historic seaside architecture, and modern living comfort. The famous beach promenade, numerous restaurants, cafés, and a wide variety of shopping options are all within easy walking distance, making the apartment an ideal starting point for a relaxing vacation in one of the most popular imperial seaside resorts on the Baltic Sea coast.

The stylish Villa Marie was built in 1886 and is one of Heringsdorf’s most historic villas. As part of a comprehensive renovation carried out in 2018 with great attention to detail, the historic building was extensively modernized without losing any of its special charm. The approximately 47-square-meter vacation apartment is located on the first floor and harmoniously combines a stylish ambiance with contemporary amenities.

The open-concept living and dining area welcomes you with a friendly atmosphere and tasteful decor. High-quality furniture, lovingly selected decorations, and warm color tones create a cozy atmosphere. The modern kitchen is open to the living area and features an oven, a ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, and other practical amenities for a comfortable stay. You can enjoy meals together at the dining table, while the cozy living area with a flat-screen TV invites you to relax. You can use Amazon Prime and Netflix through your own account for entertainment even on cooler days.

The bedroom offers the ideal conditions for restful nights. A high-quality box-spring double bed with a sleeping surface measuring 1.80 m x 2.00 m, blackout curtains, a spacious closet, and an additional TV ensure the highest level of comfort. The apartment’s quiet location and tasteful furnishings further contribute to a relaxing vacation experience.

The modern bathroom impresses with its stylish design and a comfortable shower. High-quality materials and timeless furnishings create a pleasant atmosphere. For longer stays, guests have access to a shared washing machine and dryer.

The e-bike charging station is particularly appealing to active vacationers. The island of Usedom offers an exceptionally well-developed network of bike paths along the Baltic Sea coast, through the imperial spas, and across the idyllic hinterland, so nothing stands in the way of extended bike tours.

We’ve made sure your vacation gets off to a worry-free start: All beds are already made, plenty of towels are provided, and a basic supply of essentials is available upon your arrival. A parking space right next to the house and free high-speed Wi-Fi round out the amenities.

Villa Marie 03 is the ideal vacation rental for couples who want to combine the special charm of a historic spa villa, short walks to the beach, and modern living comfort on the island of Usedom. Here you can enjoy a relaxing vacation in one of Heringsdorf’s most beautiful locations.
