Villa Anthiros is a structure surrounded by the nature of Ognina, a picturesque fishing village in the province of Syracuse, just 200 meters from the crystal clear sea and a 10-minute drive from the historic center of Syracuse and the island of Ortigia.

The property includes 4 independent apartments, all on the ground floor with independent entrance and a private veranda, ideal for those looking for a stay full of tranquility, nature and proximity to the sea. The accommodations vary in size and layout: from the largest three-room apartments - one of which has a bathroom completely renovated at the beginning of 2026 - to a more collected three-room apartment with a shaded veranda, to a nice studio apartment ideal for couples. All apartments have an equipped kitchen, air conditioning in all bedrooms and quality linens included.

Guests of the villa have access to a series of shared comforts designed to enrich their stay: a small common garden, a barbecue area for evenings with friends, an outdoor shower to cool off after the sea, a laundry area with washing machine and the free use of bicycles to explore the coast and the village of Ognina. Parking is free and available on the street, in front of the property gate.
