Inside, you’ll find a warmly designed living space that harmoniously combines living, dining, and cooking areas. A comfortable sleeper sofa, a dining area, and the built-in kitchenette create a practical yet cozy atmosphere. Two TVs are available for relaxing.
The separate bedroom offers you a quiet space to unwind and relax. The bedroom features a double bed with a full-length mattress, providing a comfortable and pleasant sleeping surface.
The bathroom is modernly equipped and features a walk-in shower and a hair dryer. The kitchen is also fully equipped. In addition to a stove with an oven, it includes a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, as well as a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. Dishes and all kitchen utensils are provided.

A nice bonus is the covered balcony, which offers additional outdoor space and is ideal start the day with a cup of coffee while breathing in the sea air or to wind down the evening as the sun sets.

For families or guests traveling together, there is the option to connect this apartment to Apartment 2.10 via a connecting door.

Wi-Fi is available free of charge. The building also has washing machines and dryers available for shared use. After a day at the beach, you can use a shower right on the first floor to quickly rinse sand and mud off your feet, pets’ paws, or gear. There’s also a storage area for bicycles (with electrical outlets).

If needed, you can reserve a parking space for your car right next to the house. Electric vehicle charging stations are also located at the house.

The location is ideal thanks to its short distances. The beach is only about 400 meters away, and an adjacent wooded area is perfect for nature walks. Restaurants are just about 200 meters away. There are also plenty of options for active vacationers, such as swimming, sailing, horseback riding, and kitesurfing. Horse-drawn carriage rides to the island of Neuwerk are also offered in the immediate vicinity.
