We are located in the authentic heart of San Vincenzo, at Via Garibaldi 9, a strategic position that combines convenience, vibrancy, and proximity to the sea. Situated just behind the new Marina, a modern and dynamic landmark of the town, and right next to the pedestrian promenade, this area is ideal for experiencing San Vincenzo entirely on foot, without the need for a car.
The nearest beaches can be reached in just a few minutes, approximately 150 meters away, while the surrounding area offers all essential services: shops, restaurants, cafés, pharmacies, and commercial activities are literally right at your doorstep. San Vincenzo’s lively yet well-integrated nightlife makes this location perfect both for those seeking a home to live in year-round and for those looking for a convenient and atmospheric holiday retreat in the heart of the town.
