Located on the 8th floor, unit 82 is a spacious, well-appointed, 950 square footage, 2 BR/ 2 BA condo with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico! The balcony is enclosed, acting like a sunroom, with retractable floor-to-ceiling glass doors which provide for yearlong enjoyment of the beach and gulf.
Edgewater 82 is located directly beach front and offers magnificent views of the Gulf of Mexico. Centrally located in Gulf Shores the condo is only minutes away from the islands best dining shopping and local attractions. The kitchen is equipped for all of your cooking needs with all things needed including - microwave, dishwasher and Keurig coffee maker. The dining seats 4 at the table and 2 at the bar. The laundry room has a ready to use full size washer and dryer for your convenience. Come to Edgewater 82 for a vacation that you will never forget.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
