At Nyfløt Lille, historic charm and modern comfort meet in perfect harmony. This 18th-century farmhouse sits majestically above Gudbrandsdalen valley, with a spectacular view of Lågen that stretches as far as the eye can see.

The 185-square-meter main house combines exposed timber walls with modern amenities. With two living rooms, a large kitchen and five bedrooms, there's plenty of space for the whole extended family. A separate conservatory and office space with fiber network provide flexibility for both relaxation and work.

The lush, fenced garden is an eldorado of activities with everything from frisbee golf and a badminton court to table tennis and boccia. A separate shelter with a fire pit invites you to spend cozy evenings outdoors, while the sauna and steam room provide luxurious relaxation.

You're perfectly placed for both winter and summer activities. Only 6 kilometers to cross-country ski trails, a short distance to alpine slopes, and Hunderfossen family park nearby. In the summer, great fishing opportunities await in Lågen and a network of hiking trails in the area.
