Villa Almedra Boi (formerly known as Villa Boi) is a Mallorcan country house with modern touches and good views over the surrounding countryside and mountain tops peeking through the trees.

This 2-bedroom home is just a few minutes' drive from the old town of Pollensa, while the beaches of Puerto Pollensa and neighboring Alcudia are also within easy reach. The house has a nice garden area next to its swimming pool, making it an ideal place to relax and unwind. It also has air conditioning / heating in the two bedrooms, as well as free Internet connection via Wi-Fi.

The property is accessed through a private driveway, behind which there is a parking area for your vehicle. The main entrance is at the front of the house. Inside, a combined living and dining area has ample seating, while the wooden beamed ceiling gives the villa a warm and cozy atmosphere. The dining room gives direct access to the covered terrace, overlooking the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped and even has a small breakfast bar with stools, ideal for morning coffee. Behind the kitchen is the laundry room.

The villa has 2 bedrooms, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, which share a bathroom. All rooms have air conditioning / heating, which, in line with local energy saving initiatives, is programmed for use from 17:30 to 19:30 and from 22:00 to 09:00.

The garden and pool area are bordered by a row of cypress trees that provide privacy, and next to which there are orange and lemon trees. The lawn and terrace offer plenty of space for sunbathing, making this property an ideal place to relax.
