Summary:
The Polynesian Resort Condominiums is a shared complex of 69 condos. Prior to 2026, the location operated as the Polynesian Resort Hotel, but it transitioned to being individually rented vacation condos as of April 1st, 2026. Even though all condos are in the Polynesian Rentals program, they are each a unique property with a different owner and listing.
The Space:
Stay Clam & Collected in this spacious two-bedroom unit on the third floor. The family suite sleeps up to six guests between two king beds and a sleeper sofa. Stay warm inside by the fireplace watching your favorite shows and movies on the smart TV, or take a step out onto the balcony to soak in the fresh ocean breeze.
There's a full kitchen in here whether you plan on channeling your inner Guy Fieri or simply just for reheating leftovers and storing drinks. Save money on dining out by making your own full meals here or splurge and check out the many great restaurants near us in town. The kitchen includes a full fridge, oven and stove, microwave, dishwasher, and a coffee pot with complimentary coffee.
The unit has 1.5 bathrooms, giving you plenty of room to get ready. The full bathroom includes a shower and tub, as well as a hair dryer and included toiletries.
Please note: No pets are allowed in this space.
As a guest of Polynesian Rentals, you'll get access to the communal pool room with heated pool and hot tub, the Game Room on the 2nd floor with a rentable pool table and real arcade games, and an outdoor recreation area with a swing set, horse shoe pits, tetherball pole, and a picnic area with BBQs. The Polynesian Resort is also within easy walking and driving distance of our favorite Ocean Shores' breakfast, Our Place, and the beach!

We leave you free to enjoy your stay! It is self check-in and checkout. However, the front desk is staffed by our team from 10 AM to 7 PM daily and we employe some on-site maintenance and housekeeping during the day – please don't hesitate to reach out if you need anything. For urgent concerns after 7 PM, we employ an after hours phone service. They are trained to help with common questions and can contact staff if in-person assistance is needed. We do our best to make sure you have the freedom to enjoy the space on your own, but we have support available if you need it.
