In this welcoming holiday home, a comfortable corner sofa set beneath a crystal chandelier creates a relaxed place to gather after days out. The space suits time together, whether you prefer quiet reading or card games at the end of the day. With a fishing licence available, keen anglers can plan time by the local waters and bring back stories of the day’s catch. Nearby, the Dalälven River offers a lovely sandy beach for swimming and relaxation, while numerous lakes in the area provide excellent opportunities for fishing and outdoor recreation. Families can enjoy a fun-filled day at Leksand Sommarland, and music lovers will appreciate the proximity of the spectacular Dalhalla open-air arena. A visit to Rättvik’s famous Long Pier, stretching far out into Lake Siljan, is highly recommended, as is an excursion to the UNESCO-listed Falun Copper Mine, where visitors can explore the fascinating underground history of one of Sweden’s most renowned mines.
