This two-story condo sleeps six guests between the three bedrooms and sleeper sofa in the main living area.
Find quiet privacy in the upstairs master suite, which boasts a stately king bed, amazing mountain views, and a 40” TV with a DVD player. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower and a double vanity.
Just off the master, a loft area provides a handy desk work area.
Downstairs, you'll find two more bedrooms. One has two twin beds and a 32” TV, while the other features a queen bed, 32” TV with DVD player, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The adjacent guest bathroom offers a tub/shower combination.
OUTDOOR AREA
Step out to the balcony on the lower level and enjoy the beautiful views of the slopes and a large gas grill. This outdoor space offers seating for two.

This is a great place to stay and close to the gondola.

We had a very nice stay in Avon. Walking distance to Nottingham Park, grocery store, bus service to Beaver Creek. Only thing missing was a swimming pool! Instead we drove to Glenwood Springs and spent the day enjoying the hot springs.

The six of us were very comfortable in this nice unit, which is just steps from the bus stop for transportation up the mountain or to Vail. The location is excellent and walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops. Even the beds were comfortable. The kitchen could've used more coffee mugs if you are all coffee drinkers in the morning. Otherwise, well stocked and pleasant

Walk to the Gondola and catch the town shuttle almost in front of the place! Loved it.
