Clean, convenient to boardwalk and beach.
None noted. We didn’t have opportunity to eat in their restaurant.

The location is perfect, and the view from the pool is amazing! Love that there is a bar and restaurant right there as well. The burger was delicious. Loved that there is a full length mirror in the room, and the fold-out sofa in a separate space, should we need to have more folks in the room next time.
The bed was not the most comfortable for my personal liking.

Location on the board walk was great and view (after having to ask for it) was nice. Early check-in.
The pictures on Book.com was very deceiving. Also, when I arrived, they initially sent me to a "partial view" room with 2 beds. When I argued this, I was told that it was what I paid for. I showed them my booking which clearly said "sea view" and not until we insisted and stood there, did they change it. The booking also said balcony and there was a standing balcony which was also not what was shown in original booking. The hotel was almost empty, so not sure why we had to fight it.
