Well decorated, clean and peaceful

Matt was an amazing host - he went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and relaxing. The location is central - walking distance to both harbour and ocean beach - lots of options for transport. Easy street parking out the front.

Nothing to add here... I really enjoyed my stay - I'll be back on my next trip to Sydney!

Great host! Felt very welcomed

Much character. Clean and well presented.

Parking our car was potentially an issue. We didn’t stay at this property that we had rented for the three nights. We left after thirty minutes, and are dissatisfied that we were not offered, at the least, the paid, included cleaning fee in return. Our age being the primary factor of not be able able to remain for the planned and organized three nights. Bare ‘floor board’ flooring in the bedroom was one issue due to the very cold night. The requirement of parking our car a few long streets away, would have been a health issue for me, as would have been the 1920s wooden stairs, which takes years down to the common lounge area and kitchen. Lack of comfortable seating in the bedroom and lack of a television would have been inconvenient, due to the weekend of the presentation of Logie awards (we had a connection to this event and realized we would be missing it).
