Location was excellent. And the flat is freshly painted and clean. Arthur helped us with good off-street parking.
The flat needs clothes hooks and a closet. And the bathroom is crowded - the sink is too close to the toilet.

Very convenient to travel links. Large, clean room. Easy access to the property.
Only one pillow is difficult for me to sleep with.

Insanely clean. Like, impeccable. Really good location, walking distance to basically everything. Had a grocery store nearby. Host was SUPER responsive. I showed up at midnight on a weekday and he greeted me at the door. Building was pretty quiet save for a few normal pipe sounds. Great sunlight in the room. Good water pressure. Looks exactly like pictures.
Not a deal breaker but would have been cool to have some cutlery, plates, etc to eat grocery store bought stuff if needed.
