A perfect place to stay with family. The property is very well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. The location is excellent, with easy access to the metro and nearby shops and restaurants.
The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, and the overall property has a very welcoming feel. The stay was comfortable and hassle-free, and we really enjoyed our time here.
I would definitely recommend this property to family and friends and would be happy to stay here again on our next visit.

Landlord's parents resident downstairs, helpful and easy to deal with.
We turned up too early = 11am, rooms were not ready yet. Our fault.
No air-conditioning in the living room, only in the two bedrooms.
Hot water tank ("geyser") only operational in the additional bathroom, not in the master bedroom.
Would be good to provide toilet tissue rolls.
