The apartment is modern, nicely furnished, and offers beautiful views of the city skyline. The living room is spacious, and the property has an attractive design. Overall, the apartment looks comfortable and suitable for a family stay.

Unfortunately, our experience was negatively affected by a very disappointing situation. The property listing clearly stated that breakfast was included in the rental price. However, throughout our entire stay, we did not receive any breakfast. We requested breakfast three separate times, explaining each time that it was included in the price we had already paid. Despite our repeated requests, nothing was provided, and the issue was never resolved. Based on our experience, we strongly feel that breakfast may have been advertised as included simply to attract more guests, without any real intention of providing this service. What made the situation even more frustrating was that we were travelling as a family with children. We had specifically chosen accommodation where breakfast was included to make our stay easier and more convenient. Instead, we were forced to find alternative breakfast options for our entire family every morning, resulting in additional expenses, wasted time, and unnecessary inconvenience during our holiday. We believe it is completely unacceptable to advertise and charge for services that are not actually provided. Guests make their booking decisions based on the facilities and services listed, and these promises should be respected. It is particularly disappointing because the apartment itself is attractive and has great potential, but the lack of transparency and failure to deliver what was advertised significantly affected our overall experience. We strongly advise future guests, especially families travelling with children, to double-check whether the advertised services are genuinely available before booking. A beautiful apartment does not make up for misleading information and services that guests have paid for but never received.
