Unit 5 has its own balcony and provides the best, private view of Lake Como. But all the units are beautiful and right in town. Very easy to explore Varenna or use this location as a base to visit other nearby areas.
A more comfortable (softer) bed is my only complaint. In general most beds I stay in during my travels are too firm.

Near everything.
No washer dryer and microwave. No shelve in the shower to place your own shampoos and other stuff. Small counter space on the sink. Perhaps add a shelving on the wall to add more space.

Beautiful room with amazing view from our balcony. Great location in the main square. Staff was super helpful. Would absolutely go back again.
We loved everything!
