We had an unforgettable holiday at this property and cannot recommend it highly enough. If you love nature, privacy, and unique outdoor spaces, this is the perfect destination. Communication with the host was top-level from day one: exceptionally kind, attentive, and helpful. Thanks for your kindness! Check-in was completely seamless thanks to a clear and comprehensive video sent prior to our arrival, showing precisely how to access the property. The property is fully independent, fenced, and set in a peaceful rural area by the sea around Nea Potidea, complete with an alarm system for complete peace of mind. There is a private, dedicated parking area right on site that can easily host multiple vehicles. The location at the northern gate of Kassandra is ideal for exploring the region. Extremely convenient for touring every beach and village across the entire Kassandra peninsula, as well as the scenic northern half of Sithonia. Visiting the southern beaches of Sithonia is also straightforward and takes only about an hour (or slightly more) by car. The outdoor space is breathtaking and where we spent most of our time. A massive timber-roofed structure decorated in a dreamlike boho-hippie style, complete with flowing embroidered lace curtains, rope pendant lights, macramé dreamcatchers, a dining table, and a cozy lounge area. Tucked under the roof is a delightful, fully accessible vintage caravan with its own charming lighting, and right behind it sits a practical outdoor shower. The garden is lush, filled with succulent plants and fruit trees, including pomegranate trees heavy with fruit. There are chill-out areas complete with tables, chairs, and a sun umbrella. At dusk, an automatic sensor turns on a stunning ambient lighting scheme: warm lights under the veranda and vibrant purple/blue lighting illuminating the trees, transforming the garden into a fairytale setting. A gas barbecue is also readily available.

Schöne ruhige lage, 400 Meter vom meer, sehr schöner garten, unglaubliche meer aussicht am "sonnen königreich" und generell auch keine touristen falle, am meer keine Beach bar (zumindest nicht am sonnen königreich - weiter den strand runter oder rauf sind welche), unglaublich entspannender Ort. Preis sehr gut im vergleich zu allem anderen in der nähe oder sonst in chalkidiki (Aug. 2025). Schönes erlebnis wenn man eher nach etwas für sich sucht und nicht einem Hotel/all-inclusive. Auch ein gas-grill welcher echt einfach zu bedienen ist und super leckeres essen gezaubert hat ist auch vorhanden, natürlich gibts auch Ofen herd, mikrowelle, Kühlschränke. In der früh gegen 10-11 Kommt ein Bäcker mim auto vorbei und hat ein paar sachen dabei die er anbietet, als wir da waren gabs aber keine wirkliche auswahl (Hat aber auch nix mit der unterkunft zutun :D). Generell ist alles mit sehr viel Charm und Charackter aufgestellt und ich würde es weiterempfehlen und wiederkommen. Achja auch jegliche kommunikation mit dem Inhaber war super freundlich.

Vorweg: Wir waren vollauf zufrieden und alle Gäste die dabei waren auch. (4 Erwachsene und 1 Kind) Sachen die jemand nicht mögen KÖNNTE welche aber für mich(/uns) normal sind/waren gegeben der Lage: - Klopapier nicht in die toilette. Die gebäude sind nicht an eine Kanalisation angeschlosen und daher verstopfen die Leitungen mit dem Klopapier. - Das Wasser von der Leitung ist nicht trinkbar. (Hat mit meer-nähe zutun wenn mich nicht alles täuscht.) - Einkauf muss von ungf. 8 Minuten (einmal gerade aus für 8 Minuten mit dem Auto) gebracht werden (oder man fährt ~15+ Minuten zu Massouti oder Lidl oder Discount) - Die Mülltonnen sind recht weit weg an der Hauptstraße, besser in der Wohnung in Großen tüten Sammeln und mit dem Auto vor bringen - geht aber auch zufuß. Is quasi richtung meer die Tonnen. Nochmal: Ich sehe diese Punkte NICHT(!) als "NICHT GEFALLEN" aber eher als "unannehmlichkeiten" - aber würde für diese auch keinen Punkt abziehen, da diese sachen nicht aus böswilligkeit des Vermieters so sind sondern eher zwanghaft auf alle Gebäude in der Umgebung zutreffen.
