The property is situated in a nice area,. Everything you need is there and it’s close to shops for convenience of delivery etc.
Lots of maintenance work is needed , there’s lots of rubble on the property and the back area could do with some ground work too. The flooring in the lounge area is lifting so that also needs some attention. The bed is quite hard and not comfortable to sleep on. Also the lighting in the rooms are very bright in the morning - curtaining over the blinds and glass bricks will make it a pleasant experience when trying to sleep in abit.
