Experience the Lake Junaluska lifestyle at Sunrise Haven, a waterfront vacation home with stunning, unobstructed views of the 200-acre lake set against the backdrop of the Smoky Mountains. This mid-century modern retreat offers convenient access to the community’s many amenities, including the fitness center and playground directly across the street, as well as a lakeside swimming pool, pickleball courts, tennis courts, basketball and volleyball courts, shuffleboard, and mini-golf. Guests can enjoy canoe, kayak, and paddleboard rentals, along with the community’s popular pedal-powered swan boats that celebrate the resident family of white swans. Spend your days strolling through the flower gardens along the lakeside walking trail, hiking to Inspiration Point, or exploring the botanical garden, home to more than 400 species of native Southern Appalachian plants. A nearby café is also open daily, offering breakfast, lunch, and outdoor patio dining.

Designed with gatherings in mind, Sunrise Haven provides the perfect setting for family reunions, group vacations, and memorable get-togethers. The spacious great room and dining area are filled with natural light from panoramic picture windows that showcase breathtaking lake views. After a day of adventure, gather around the wood stove for board games and conversation, or retreat to the downstairs sitting area with direct access to the outdoors and the lakeside trail just steps away. Outside, enjoy the grassy yard complete with a picnic table and gas grill, relax on the shaded patio tucked behind the home, or settle into the front lawn at dawn to watch the sun rise over the mountains.
