Guest Access:

The guests will have access to the whole house, backyard, and the private pool at each home. There is also a community boat ramp, sports court, boat slips, pavilion.



The Neighborhood:

This is a gated neighborhood and has a community amenity center. There is a basketball court combo with a pickleball court. Also, there are community BBQ grills in the pavilion by the water. The neighborhood also has its own boat ramp and four-day docks available for use.



Getting Around:

You will need a vehicle to get to and from this property and around to local attractions.



Other Things to Note:

We are available by phone, text, email, or in person if the need arises.



This home is not pet-friendly. If evidence of pets is found, there will be an automatic fine of $500 applied to the card on file.



There is an additional fee to heat the pool. We do require a 24-hour notice prior to your reservation to heat the pool. Please inquire for pricing. We also require the pool to be heated for the duration of your stay.



Due to the recent housing boom, we are experiencing more construction throughout our neighborhoods. Please be advised that it may be near this property.



Before beginning the reservation process, please check your card’s daily spending limit to make sure the full reservation amount can be processed. This can help prevent declined payments or delays when completing your booking.



In lieu of a security deposit, we require a $75 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property.



As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Fee on your reservation.



The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $5K for content and dwelling combined.



The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours before the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Hill Country Stays will process the payment using the form of payment on file for the Guest.



Quiet Hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM!



All refunds will exclude a 5% credit card service fee.
